We have designed an insert adapter that perfectly fits our Cerberus, Cadejo (Large), Pegasus and Drakon sheaths, allowing wearers under 6.1 inches in length to use our Fetish Zone sheaths during sex with a partner.

The insert adapter measures 3.75 inches and can be cut down to any length for a custom fit. The insert features a concave end to allow for a comfortable fit against the glans of the penis and also has a hole in the center to allow for cumming through the tip.

Fit Directions:

• Place the sheath on your penis and try to get a measurement from where your penis ends inside the toy to the tip of the toy.
• Once you have this measurement, add approx 1/4 inch to the total measurement and cut the non concave end of the adapter to size with a pair of sharp large scissors.
• Place a little water based lube inside the sheath and carefully insert the adapter inside the sheath with the concave side facing your penis head.
• Try the sheath on again for size. If the sheath feels to tight (strap is pulling against your balls), try cutting the adapter slightly shorter in small increments until you achieve the correct length.

Pro Tip: You can use the adapter (two needed), to turn your Cadejo, Cerberus, Pegasus and Drakon sheaths into a dildo for self pleasuring yourself.

Note: No reported issues using the adapter with XL Cadejo and Large Lee Wearable, however this adapter will NOT fit our X-Large Cadejo or Large Lee Wearable precisely.
