These harnesses are made out of a soft Garment Leather. They have an adjustable locking buckled waist band and a butt strap that buckles up to the waistband in the back. A sliding leather base plate secures the butt plug in place. The base comes in two sizes to fit a standard small or large sized butt plugs. The front of the harness has another strap with a cock ring attached that also comes up to the front of the waist band. These can easily be worn under regular street clothes.

I absolutely love this thing, very soft to wear and sleep in. the cockring on this is big enough to slide into with ease. It also holds your plug in firmly. One thing to add is before you lock yourself away for awhile, squat down to make sure you have the strap going from front to back is tight enough that your plug has no room to pop out.
