My wife loves the girth of this thing. The interior of the sleeve is made for guys with a smaller penis though. The nubs on the inside don't do much for me due to my size, and using it as a masturbation aid is out due to my length. Overall quality of the item is great. It gives my wife a variety though, and that makes it worth it. Plus It's firm enough for her to use it without me.

When I received this, I tried it out almost instantly and wow is all I could say! The extension is wonderful, and the nubs work wonders. The only downside is that the ball strap is a little too small, but with a little lube it\'s easily overcome. Overall a wonderful toy to make the not so endowed, very well equipped.

Like another reviewer said, the ball strap is a little tight but with a little lube it's fine. Being a smaller guy, it was a good fit and the nubs inside were very nice! The only real downside is that even after a few months the PVC continues to 'gas out' keeping the PVC smell to it, and is still a bit sticky to the touch even after multiple cleanings. I recommend putting a condom on it when using it, or going with something else entirely if you have any sensitivities. It's a fun item, but we're going to try something else using a different material next time around.
