This sheath is amazing! I'm about 4-1/2 inches long and about 1-3/4 wide and the large fits great. I bought the adapter expecting I might need to use it based on the dimensions, but I would probably only need to use a half inch of it or so if I wanted to use it on a partner. I've had trouble with a few other sheaths I tried before not being wide enough and too stiff, they would basically push me right out of them. My Cadejo just arrived today and I have to say I'm very pleased. I have a Cerberus and while it is a good toy it leaves a bit to be desired. Cadejo is firmer than Cerberus and the knot is a lot bigger and more natural looking. I also like how smooth it is, Cerberus has (or had mine's four years old) a rough texture on the surface.
